How to Submit a Notice

A valid notice needs to include:

1. A signature from the copyright owner or someone authorized on their behalf.
2. A description of the copyrighted work being infringed.
3. The specific link or file location on HubPro where the material appears.
4. Your contact information, address, phone, email.
5. A statement made in good faith that the use wasn't authorized.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury confirming the notice's accuracy and your authorization to act.

Counter-Notices

If a file of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, submit a counter-notice with your details, the material's original location, a penalty-of-perjury statement that removal was in error, and consent to the applicable court's jurisdiction.

Repeated Violations

Users repeatedly flagged for copyright infringement will have their access to HubPro revoked.
